Please review our policies prior to your appointment. 

Reserving Appointments

Your appointments are very important to the stylists at I Love Lashes! Studio & Beauty Bar — they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes rescheduling is necessary, therefore, we respectfully request a 24-hour notice for rescheduling and cancellations. Since the time scheduled is reserved for you personally, any 'no show' appointments and cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to the following cancellation policy and fees:

  • At their discretion, our independent stylists may choose to require a payment deposit to hold appointments at I Love Lashes! Studio & Beauty Bar. If you choose not to finalize your deposit payment, we will be unable to hold your appointment.

 

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service cost.

 

  • 'No shows' will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Late Arrivals

If for unforeseen circumstances you will be arriving late to your appointment, please communicate with your stylist. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. We do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. In this event, our cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.

Please Remove Eye Makeup and Contacts Before Arriving

Please arrive with no eye makeup for your lash appointment. The removal of eye makeup is subject to a $20 FEE and could result in having to reschedule your appointment due to the additional time required to thoroughly remove the makeup. Please arrive prepared for your appointment with absolutely no eye makeup (including under eye concealer) or contact lenses.

Refund Policy

We always stand behind our work and strive to provide the best experience possible for all of our clients. Due to the cost incurred in time and materials, we do not offer refunds at this time. Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your service. If you have any questions or concerns after receiving your service, please communicate openly with your stylist.

Lash Extension Fills

If a client arrives to a lash fill appointment with less than 50% of the extensions previously applied, it will be considered a New Full Set of Lash Extensions, at full-price cost. If you are experiencing extensive lash extension loss, please communicate with your lash stylist.

Each client is responsible for proper after care of their lash extensions in between fill appointments. Please refer to the eye makeup removal policy above.

I Already Have Lash Extensions on... Can I Get a Fill at I Love Lashes?

If you currently have lash extensions on from a different lash studio, a consultation is necessary to assess your current extensions for safety and proper application. After assessing the condition of your current extensions and the health of your natural lashes, your lash stylist will proceed with your Lash Fill or recommend Removal and a New Lash Extension Set.

Children in the Studio

In order to provide an exceptional experience for all of our clients, we kindly request that you make arrangements to not bring children to your appointment.

Food in the Studio

We kindly ask that clients not bring food into I Love Lashes! Studio & Beauty Bar.

Receiving Services While Pregnant

Unfortunately, not all of our services are safe to perform on clients while they are pregnant. Please first consult with your physician and then your stylist to ensure that the service you would like to receive is a safe choice while you are pregnant.

Payment Policy

We accept cash as well as all major credit cards. Gratuities are not included in the price of our services. Pricing may vary per independent stylist. All prices are subject to change without notice.
